Grab a jar of our Corn Pepper Salsa and whip up this quick and delicious dip!
Creamy Corn Dip
1 8 oz Block of cream cheese, softened and whipped
1/2 jar Corn Pepper Salsa, strained, but reserve juices
1/3 Cup chopped green onions
Mix 1/2 of a jar of Corn Pepper Salsa, drained, with 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 1/3 Cup of chopped green onions. If the dip seems a little thick, add some of the reserved juices and mix until desired consistency. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and garnish with a little extra chopped green onions and serve with crackers or tortilla chips. Makes a great dip!
* For extra flavor, fold in lump crab meat, or chopped boiled/grilled shrimp, or crawfish tails
